Villa is just 200 m away from the seaside and just 3 km away from the historical old town. It is ideal for families with kids or small groups of friends and suitable for 8 persons.

The space

Villa is two floor house. On each floor is one bedroom (with doublebed), one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning and a living room (with sofa bed for 2 persons) and terrace. In the basement there are a playroom, a loundry room and toliette. In front of the house are 4 private parking places.

In the yard there are barbecue, outdoor table and chairs for 8 people, beach chairs, parasols, outdoor shower and you can enjoy in private swimming pool (50m²).
