On the ground floor is a large, open living and dining room with an kitchen. The kitchen, dining room and living room is air-conditioned. The living room is equipped with a flatscreen TV with satellite reception, a DVD player, a CD player, games – play station 3 and games for children. House has a free wireless internet to ensure your home comfort.

The villa architecture ensures complete privacy around the pool. You will also enjoy a stone built barbecue. The automatic watering system allows you to have an always green lawn.

For extra space you can use the small house in the garden where is fitness, sauna and activity rooms with billiards, darts and football table.

The villa is exclusively for your own private use. The property is enclosed by a natural stone wall.

Parking spaces are provided. In about 15 minutes drive from the beaches or the sights of Pula. Even if you go in the opposite direction, you will feel the charm of central Istria, including a visit to the city Svetvincenat is recommended

House rules

The weekly price includes: 7 night accommodation, initial cleaning, laundry (once per week linen and towels), air-conditioning and heating, pool maintenance and garden maintenance, water, electricity, tourist tax, registration fee, wifi internet access, child high chair and final cleaning.
There are no extra or hidden costs.

House is rented from Saturday to Saturday and the minimum stay is one week.
