Spacious two-bedroom apartment in a villa with pool

This first-floor two-bedroom apartment is one of the three apartments for rent in newly opened property Villa La Vagabonda in Orasac, in area of the City of Dubrovnik.

This is a spacious apartment comprised of two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped along with the stylish living room. There is an additional toilet in the hallway. Overall surface is 70 m2, plus a spacious balcony overlooking the sea.

Guests have access to a really nice pool side area, that includes a sundeck with sun loungers, jacuzzi/whirlpool, roof-covered space with coffee station and drinks refrigerator. The pool is built as an infinity-edge and has counter-current swimming installed.

We always tend to be at disposal to guests regarding providing information about the area and the activities, but as we reside on other property, the guests have privacy and peace.

Orasac is a peaceful village 10 km away from Dubrovnik. It is perfectly located to have a holiday, and visit the popular city when needed. There are several beaches around, as well as restaurants (two in the village and others in neighbour villages/towns). Just beneath Orasac, there is the Radisson Dubrovnik Sun Gardens Resort offering activities, dining options, sports, wellness etc.

It is a recommendation to have a car with you as it is then easy to explore the area. The bus connection to Dubrovnik is regular and runs more or less every hour.

The primary rule is to pay attention to nonswimmers and children when in and around pool. The other usual rules are available in print in the apartments.

We greet the guests at the house. Villa La Vagabonda is registered with all major GPS systems.

If you are flying in and then hiring a car:
After passing Dubrovnik (you will have stunning views of the city from the road!), continue driving in the direction of Split for some 10 to 15 minutes. After passing Zaton, the next village is Orasac. You will now also pass Radisson Dubrovnik Sun Gardens Resort. Very soon after the sign "Orasac" there is the entrance to the village to the right. You should then go up this road and at this very first crossroad turn right. After some 6-7 houses in line, there is a road sign saying "Villa La Vagabonda to the left", and this is our place.

If you will be driving from the direction of Split, then just after the village of Trsteno, there will be Orasac, and the entrance to the village in this case would be to the left.
