The space

Villa Oleja 3* is situated on an excellent location on a plot of 1700 m2 in a quiet area on the southern side of Split. A pleasant walk along the city beaches will lead you to the 1700 year old city centre and the Diocletian Palace protected by UNESCO as a cultural monument and registered by the World Cultural Heritage.

Near the house are sport and recreation facilities for the whole family including an amusement park, tracks for cycling,roller skating and jogging, caffe bars,restaurants, grocery stores and a bus station (25 min to the centre of Split).The house is just five minutes by foot from the pebble beaches.
Enjoy the sun or the shade – there is two big verandas with armchairs and outdoor fireplace,looking at the see, trees and the swimming pool 12×5,5 m (counter – stream swimming).The whole villa is surrounded by fruit tree ,olive trees and cultivated greenery and bushes,or get active in a private gym 30 m².

A large spacious living room with glass walls offers a comfortable ambiance and a most magnificent panoramic view. The living area is connected with a stylish well- equipped kitchen.Two separate bedrooms (air-conditioned) provided for four people, one bedroom with a double bed and one room with two single beds.
