Apartment size is 48 m2. There are two bedrooms with double bed and one bathroom with a bathtub and toilet (washing machine is shared and located in the area of the owner). Living room, dining room and kitchen (all in one) have an area of 10.5 m2 and balcony 6 m2. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a gas stove, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, ... Our family house is situated in Kozino, not too far from town Zadar. From the sea and the beach is 100 meters away. Kozino is a village located 6 km north/west of Zadar, between Diklo and Petrcane, the perfect place for a peaceful and enjoyable family holiday. The house is divided into five accommodation units (apartments). During your stay other guests will most likely be present in house. Your hosts live in apartment in the ground floor of the house (high ground floor). The house is not accessible to people with disabilities. Around the house is the garden with two garden terraces, grill and 6 parking places. The beach is rocky and pebbly, and the sea is clear and bright.
