Apartment house Livija is located in the residential area of Porec, Mali maj, ony 250 m from Materada beach and 2,5 km from the town center. The house has been built in the year 1990 and the apartments have been renovated in year 2013. It has a closed yard of 1000m2 in which childreen can play in complete safety.There are 4 apartments in the house, one for two persons and three for 4 persons. Both apartments are situated on the ground floor of a familiy house in which garden the guests have on their disposal a barbecue with table and benches for shared use. The houseowner live on the first floorand parking is in the front of the house . Apartment Livija A2/2 for 2 persons with total living area of 25 m2 is located on the ground floor and consists of a dinning room with fireplace and satelite TV, kitchenete, bedroom with double bed, nice covered terrace with sitting table and shower/toilet. There is also wifi internet connection availaible.
