i am positive and cheerful person.in business very professional.i will give max to my guests .when they arrive in Zadar they will feel like at home.

very comfort rooms.in heart of old town of zadar.there is one double room with bathroom and one triple room with bathroom and there is two special two rooms in the attic all in wood ,those rooms sharing bathroom with triple room so we rent those three rooms together for 7 persons.All rooms have air-condition,refrigerator,satellite tv,some of kitchen staff : to boil water for coffee or tea ,glasses ,plates e.t.c.so you can have breakfast in the room.

we can arrange transfer,help our guests to find nice places to eat ,any information they need we will provide them.

we are discreet,but we will always help them in any way.

we offer breakfast,washing laundry,watching luggage

In our neighbourhood everything is near.restaurants,coffee shops,market place ,because we are in heart of old town Zadar.All our museums are 5-10 min on foot,historical monuments are close too..we have one of the best location in town.our fameous greeting of the sun and see organ are 10 min on foot.

public buses ,taxi,ferry are five min distant from us.ferries are connection with our beautiful islands.

check in is from 14-22 but we always contact with guest before so we can be better organized and everything will be ready.check out-10-12.pets are not allowed,non smoking rooms ,we have special part of house where you can smoke.we wait for the guests and give them a key but when guests leave the room they left the key in the door.guests must respect eachother and be quiet.

from airport guests can have pubic bus to zadar .we have direct line to old town.you can take taxi,or we can organize transfer.if they come by bus from other destination they can take public bus no.2 direct to old town or taxi.We wait our guests and give them a key
