The house is at a groundfloor of 90m2, with two bedrooms (one bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a double bed and single bed), living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed, kitchen, bathroom, terrace and garden of 560m2. The house is designed for 6 + 1 persons, Nota. accessible to wheelchairs. 5 km from the Villa Pistan is the nearest beach Kolovare in Zadar Riviera - Zadar is located in the heart of the Adriatic and it is the main center of the northern Dalmatia. To Zadar is now easily reached by sea, land or air, it is an attractive destination for tourists from around the world. There is unspoiled nature, the sea has a beautiful pearl color. Here in this archipelago has 24 large and 300 small islands, ideal for boaters. There are three nature parks: Plitvice Lakes, Northern Velebit and Vrana Lake. We have five national parks: Paklenica, Plitvice lakes (the closest), Kornati, Krka and Velebit. And all this Zadar region ranks in the top of Croatian tourism.

The house is situated in a quiet location said. The ground floor has two bedrooms (one with double bed and one bedroom with double bed and single bed), bathroom (with washing machine), fully equipped kitchen(no dishwasher and oven-oven in the summer kitchen), dining and living room (with sofa bed for 2 persons) and a terrace. In front of the house are two parking spaces.
In the backyard barbecue, outdoor table and chairs, deck chairs, outdoor shower and garden with pool (36m2).
