Villa Maria is a dream come true for people who like nature and sea. This is an attractive, comfortable 2 floor villa set in a large garden with an extensive pool terrace.

Pool is with sea water 3,5x7 m, sunbeds, with outside shower and toilet room.
Private beach is rocky but near, 1 min swiming its also a small cave with pebless beach.

Villa Maria is a dream of Adriatic Sea Coast.

160 m2 of inside space and 500 m2 of outside area...
4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms...

Villa has two floors. On the ground floor you can find kitchen, dining room, living room and terrace.

In the kitchen is fridge and freezer, cooker with oven, cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a kettle. There are also table and chairs.
In the dining room are sofa couch ,armchair, satellite TV and fireplace. Little bathroom is with shower and washing machine.
On the terrace are chairs, radio with CD player, and a lot of books written in different languages. For even more enjoyment you can dine outside on the terrace with couch, wooden and rock kitchen, barbecue, table and bench for 10 people and loungers.

On the first floor are situated one master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms (9m2) that share balcony. Master bedrrom has double bed (180X200) and its own bathroom with shower. In one smaller bedroom there is double bed, in other two single beds (90X190) with a window and beautiful view, but they do not have direct access to the terrace. O the same floor there is one other bathroom.

On second floor / under the roof is separate area with large bedroom with bed 180X200, bathroom with bath, living area with small kitchen corner.

In the house its parking for 3 cars.

There are stairs to arrive to Villa Maria so villa it's not suitable for very old people or people with disabilities or for small children.
